Hey, I’m Kayla—founder of KVS Consulting Group and your strategic operations partner.
My background started in the legal world, where structure, precision, and accountability weren’t optional - they were required. That experience shaped how I think about systems, decision-making, and risk, and it didn’t take long to see how much small businesses were missing that same level of operational clarity.
In 2021, I launched KVS to help founders move out of constant reaction mode and into intentional leadership by building operations that actually support how their business runs.
Today, I work at the management and director level, partnering with founders who’ve outgrown task-based support and need alignment between vision, people, and systems.
